Call library
Eight calls. Nothing cut out.
Every transcript below ran end to end. Three of them finish with a person taking over, and we have left the awkward turns in: the caller who changes their mind, the one who switches language halfway, and the one who was right and we were wrong.

Three things worth watching in every transcript.
- 01
The first line
Every call opens with Zimaao saying it is an AI. Check the timestamp: it is always in the first spoken line, never after the caller has committed to the conversation.
- 02
The decision column
The right hand margin shows what was happening underneath: the intent detected, the record it found, the slot it checked. That column is taken from the call log, not written for the website.
- 03
The coral line
When a line turns coral, a person took over. Read what came immediately before it and you can see the exact trigger, which is almost always a dispute, a request for a human, or low confidence.
Can we hear it on our own calls?
Send us the three calls your team repeats most, and we will run them back to you in your language and your scripts.
