Pricing

You pay for the seconds it worked.

Per minute, billed on the time Zimaao was actually on the line. A small monthly base keeps your numbers and integrations live. If a call reaches a person inside the first thirty seconds, there is nothing to bill, because nothing useful happened.

Talk to us
  • A call handed to a person inside the first thirty seconds is not billed at all. You pay for work it actually did.
  • Recording, transcription and the call summary are included on every plan. They are not an add-on.
  • Monthly, no lock-in. Cancel and your numbers stay yours, because they were always yours.
  • Telephony charges from your own provider are billed by them, not by us. We never mark them up.

02How a minute is counted

The part most pricing pages skip.

Voice billing is where surprises live, so here is the whole mechanic in five lines. If any of it reads as unfair, tell us on the first call rather than the third invoice.

  1. 01

Measured per second, shown per minute

A call of 1 minute 12 seconds is billed as 72 seconds. We do not round up to the next minute.

  2. 02

The clock starts when it speaks

Ring time, connection time and the moment before the disclosure line are not billed.

  3. 03

The clock stops at the transfer

Once a call is handed to a person, billing ends. Time your colleague spends on the call is not our minute.

  4. 04

    Early handoffs are free

If the transfer happens inside the first thirty seconds, the whole call is zero rated.

  5. 05

Your telephony is billed by your provider

Carrier and number charges come from your own provider at their rate. We never resell or mark them up.

Send your rough call count and the two call types you want first. You will get a figure, not a range, and the assumptions behind it.
