Voice AI that answers your phone, and knows when not to.
Zimaao picks up on the first ring, resolves bookings, order status and payment reminders end to end, and puts the caller through to your team with the full context the moment a person is the better answer.
No phone tree. No hold music. No scripts read at people.
That was Zimaao. You could not tell where it stopped and Meera started, and that is the point.
Including the calls that land while your team is already on a call
Detected from the caller first sentence, switched mid-call if they switch
Calendars, order records and CRM, not a separate inbox
Summary, caller details and what was already done, before the person speaks
Knowing when not to answer is part of the product.
Most voice AI is sold on what it can say. The harder half is the handoff: recognising the sentence that a person should hear, and getting out of the way in the same breath.
"Where is my order?"
Verifies the caller, looks it up, reads back status and the delivery window
"Can I move my appointment?"
Checks the live calendar, rebooks, confirms by SMS before the call ends
"What time do you close today?"
Answers from your own hours and holiday calendar, not a guess
"I want to book, but I have a question first."
Answers from your approved content, then books
"I want to speak to someone."
Hands over immediately. No second ask.
"You charged me twice."
Hands over to a person, with the invoice and the call summary attached
Something it was never configured to handle
Says so plainly and hands over, instead of improvising
Five calls your phone already gets.
Each one is configured separately, goes live separately, and has its own definition of when a human takes over. Start with the call that costs your team the most hours.
- 01Appointment bookingBooks, moves and cancels appointments while the caller is still on the line.Inbound
- 02Order and delivery statusLooks up the order, reads back the real status, and rebooks the delivery.Inbound
- 03Payment remindersA polite reminder with a payment link. No pressure, ever, by design.Outbound
- 04Lead qualificationAsks your questions, in your order, and books the callback that matters.Inbound and outbound
- 05After hoursThe 9pm call that used to go to voicemail, handled or escalated.Inbound
It tells every caller it is an AI. In the first sentence. Every time.
The disclosure line is part of the call opening. It cannot be removed, shortened or buried in a setting, and the moment it was spoken is stored on every call record.
Read the rules of the lineReal calls, start to finish.
Nothing here is a highlight reel. The calls that end in a handoff are in the library too, because that is the half most demos quietly leave out.
Transcripts are shown on the page. Audio recordings are shared on request, with customer details removed.
A transfer beats a confident guess.
The interesting part of a voice agent is not the voice. It is the six moments between hearing a sentence and doing something about it.
- 01
It listens for the whole request, not a keyword
Intent is taken from the full sentence and the sentences around it. "I booked for Thursday, can I move it" is a reschedule, not a booking. Callers who state two things in one breath produce two intents, and the second one is not dropped.
⋮ intent: reschedule - 02
It checks the request against what you allowed
You define the list of things it may resolve on its own, per call type. Anything outside that list is not attempted. There is no general purpose fallback that quietly invents an answer, because that is where trust goes to die.
⋮ allowed: reschedule, cancel, confirm - 03
It reads your systems before it says anything definite
Availability, order state and invoice amounts come from your calendar, order record or billing system in the moment. Nothing is quoted from memory, and nothing is rounded. If a system is unreachable, it says so rather than improvising.

11 languages live, and it switches when the caller does.
Callers rarely stay in one language for a whole call. A sentence that opens in Hindi and lands in English is the normal case, not the edge case.
Keep your number. Keep your provider.
Zimaao sits behind the number you already publish. There is no new app for your team to check and no migration weekend. Below is the honest list, with no logo wall to pad it out.
Telephony and numbers
- SIP trunk from any provider, with your existing numbers kept as they are
- Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, Knowlarity and Ozonetel
- Toll free and landline numbers, forwarded or ported
- Your current IVR kept in front, with calls passed through on a chosen key
Calendars and scheduling
- Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, read and write
- Calendly and Cal.com
- Practice and salon software through our scheduling API
Where the record lives
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Freshsales
- Shopify, WooCommerce and custom order APIs
- Freshdesk, Zendesk and internal ticketing through webhooks
- Any system you can expose over HTTPS, mapped field by field
How your team hears about it
- Warm transfer to a desk phone, mobile or softphone
- Slack and Microsoft Teams, with the call summary in the message
- SMS and WhatsApp for confirmations and payment links
- Daily email digest of every call, resolved and handed over
Missing something you depend on? It is usually a mapping job, not a roadmap item.
Asked on the first call with us, every time.
- Caller
Will my customers know it is not a person?
ZimaaoQuestion 1Yes, because it says so in the first sentence of every call, inbound and outbound. That line cannot be removed or softened, and it is logged on every call record.
- Caller
What happens when it gets something wrong?
ZimaaoQuestion 2Every call is recorded with consent, transcribed and reviewable, with the decision it made at each step. You also set the list of things it is allowed to resolve, so an unfamiliar request becomes a handoff rather than a guess.
- Caller
Does it sound like a robot reading a script?
ZimaaoQuestion 3It interrupts and gets interrupted, handles someone changing their mind halfway through a sentence, and holds the thread when the caller switches language. The transcripts on this site are the honest shape of a real call, including the awkward turns.
- Caller
How fast can it be live on our number?
ZimaaoQuestion 4A single inbound use case, pointed at your existing number with your calendar connected, is usually live in a week. Multiple locations, custom routing and an order system integration take two to four weeks.
- Caller
Do we have to change our phone number or provider?
ZimaaoQuestion 5No. Keep your number and your provider. Calls reach us over a SIP trunk or a forward, and your existing IVR can stay in front if you want it to.
- Caller
What does it do when it is not confident?
ZimaaoQuestion 6It asks one clarifying question. If it is still below the threshold you set, it hands over rather than guessing. There is no second attempt at a wrong answer.
- Caller
Who can listen to the recordings?
ZimaaoQuestion 7Only the people you name, through role based access. Recording and transcript retention windows are yours to set, and deletion is permanent when the window closes.
- Caller
What does it cost when a call goes to a human anyway?
ZimaaoQuestion 8Nothing, if the handoff happens inside the first thirty seconds. After that you are billed only for the seconds it was actually on the line.
Ready when you are.
Then put me on your line, and I'll take the next call that comes in.
