Call types
Buy a call, not a platform.
Zimaao is configured one call at a time. Each type has its own allowed actions, its own handoff triggers and its own go-live, so the first week is about one queue rather than everything at once.

Appointment booking
Books, moves and cancels appointments while the caller is still on the line.
The single most common reason a business phone rings is a time that no longer works. Zimaao reads your live calendar, offers only slots that are genuinely open, writes the change back, and confirms by SMS before the caller hangs up.

Order and delivery status
Looks up the order, reads back the real status, and rebooks the delivery.
"Where is my order" is the call that scales fastest and teaches your team the least. Zimaao verifies the caller, pulls the order from your own systems, and says what is actually true, including when the news is bad.

Payment reminders
A polite reminder with a payment link. No pressure, ever, by design.
Collections calls fail for one reason: they sound like collections calls. Zimaao states who it is, states the amount, sends the link, and gets off the line. It is structurally unable to pressure, threaten or negotiate, and a dispute ends the script immediately.

Lead qualification
Asks your questions, in your order, and books the callback that matters.
A lead that waits nine hours for a callback is a lead someone else already called. Zimaao picks up on ring one, asks the short set of questions you define, writes the answers straight to your CRM, and puts a real slot on a real calendar.

After hours
The 9pm call that used to go to voicemail, handled or escalated.
Out of hours, the question is not whether to answer. It is whether to wake someone. Zimaao separates the booking that can wait from the burst pipe that cannot, and it is the only call type where waking a human on purpose is the success condition.

A call type is a set of rules, not a personality.
Order status and payment reminders sound similar and behave nothing alike. One reads a record and reassures. The other opens with consent, states an amount, and is forbidden from negotiating. Keeping them separate is what makes each one safe to switch on.
Which call should we start with?
Usually the one your team repeats most before lunch. Tell us what that is and we will scope only that.
